In September 2014, I wrote the biggest exam of my life which took 3 days, 13 hours and countless brain cells. The UFE exam is a notoriously difficult exam among aspiring professional accountants. The firms are kind enough to grant their writers extended leave of absences following the exam to embark on epic adventures to blow off the accumulated stress. With a few amazing coworkers and fellow writers, we had our heart set on conquering South America, specifically: Colombia, Peru & Bolivia. We had 3 weeks and limited funds (due to being unemployed during our very long study leave) to have the time of our lives.
